Send me some fortran and I'll convert it.  It only takes seconds but
it might take me a few days to get around to it.  Hollidays and all.
However you can get f2c yourself and use it yourself.   Either way
it's real easy.

Also, linking C and fortran together is not hard.

The down side of converting is that if the author is maintaining the
fortran version (that is IF, I don't know) then you would need to
continue this conversion effort forever and back port all of the
author's updates.
