[hpsdr] Successful HPSDRProgrammer use

Bob,
No, HPSDRProgrammer works ONLY with Metis or Hermes.  It does NOT work with
Ozy/Magister.

As Jeremy said, Ozy/Magister, itself, is updated by changing the .rbf file
that gets loaded when PowerSDR or KISS (or whatever) first 'starts' the 'on'
or 'power' button is pressed and it is detected that Ozy/Magister has not
yet been loaded.

OTOH, if updating Penny(Lane) or Mercury, you use the procedures in
'USBBlaster-Binaries'.

Magister doesn't need to be updated.  The code for Ozy and Magister is
uploaded into the board from the computer when PowerSDR initializes it.
Magister/Ozy doesn't even have flash to store a code image
