[hpsdr] Bad PennyLaneGerber.zip file

I just downloaded the archive and all files unzipped successfully.

However, the PennyLane design has progressed since that archive.  I've 
just uploaded the current schematic and PCB files to hamssdr.com and 
deleted the old files.
