[hpsdr] Metis Arrived & Works!

Just a note to thank Phil and all of the folks who put this together.

Also to emphasize that you don't -need- to do anything to use Metis except:

1.  plug it into Atlas [after removing Ozy or Magister]
2.  hook up the CAT 5 cable to Metis and a switch or your PC,
3.  start a current version of OpenHPSDR-PowerSDR,
4.  select 'Metis' on the General-Hardware Config page of the Setup 
window of PowerSDR.

There is no need to mess with jumpers or change the firmware or do 
anything other than the above.  It couldn't be simpler [or quicker] to 
get running.
