[hpsdr] Metis Arrived & Works!

My Metis works well when connected directly to my computer, and runs well in
PowerSDR. However, when connected thru my 4-port router, it fails to be
assigned an IP address by the DHCP in the router. The router sees the MAC
address of the Metis for a period, but does not assign the IP address.
Suggestions?

Hi Gordon,

Glad to hear that Metis is working well for you. I've yet to implement the
"Full Spectrum" display in KK but will do shortly.

I'll add this to the next release that will also support PennyLane.

As Jeremy mentioned, Metis comes ready programmed with V1.0 so no need to
re-program it unless you want to experiment with John's HPSDR Programmer
application.

One thing the Beta testers found was that the CPU load running PowerSDR
with Metis compared with Ozy/Magister was significantly lower.

I'd be interested in your findings.
