I'm not sure I understand the question.

If you're talking about using SDR1000 with a Metis/Janus board, it's not possible.  Metis no longer has the SDR1000 control circuitry that was previously on Ozy.

If you're talking about the computer software to use with a Metis/Mercury setup, you still have the same choices as with the USB setup:  PowerSDR, Kiss Konsole, and their variants, ghpsdr and its variants, and Heterodyne.
