Just downloaded the recent version v1.19.3.2 (W5WC-1/9/11).

A question to Phil,
for better S/N with Penelope I have to change the last number in the 3rd
line of the initozy11 batch-file from 15 to 14 as you earlier
recommended.
Does 15 works better for others? If not shouldn't it be changed
generally??

Yes, the IP has changed a couple of times after the 28th.  In order to
make it easier when the IP address changes, we've assigned the SVN
server a name so you shouldn't have to worry about it anymore.  Use
svn.openhpsdr.org instead of the IP address.
