If you ordered it, you will have received an acknowledgment email at 
that time.  It will have 3 paragraphs of legal waffling telling you that 
your order isn't necessarily accepted, etc.  And it gives you directions 
on how to inquire about that specific order.

My experience is, legal disclaimers aside, TAPR ships the order if you 
got the email.
