Hi Phil
I have further investigated and found the following:
1) PowerSDR from W5WC runs ok for RX and TX.
2) After having run PowerSDR with Tune, I can switch to my software
(reloading completely the Ozy-part, but no power off!) then my software
can also send with pennylane!
3) After complete Poweroff of the HPSDR and starting my software, there
is no TX-signal coming out. Goto 2) then it does transmit.
So, I conclude, that there must be an initialization of pennylane, which
I don't make with my software (which was not necessary for Penelope with
V1.2, since that is running since many months).
Any ideas, what that could be, are much appreciated.
