I'm using 'PowerSDR 1.19.3: PowerSDR1.19-HPSDR-Windows-32.zip' plus Skins
from http://openhpsdr.org/download.php.

There is also a User Manual for Metis under
http://openhpsdr.org/documents.php which describes the steps for
installation and configuration.
