[hpsdr] PowerSDR Calibration - TX Display Cal

I am using PowerSDR v1.19.3.4 by W5WC.
Since using this version, I've noticed a transmit frequency offset when
using PSK31 of several tens of Hz.
In the Setup > General > Calibration tab I notice a "TX Display Cal"
adjustment. Mine has a setting of -63.2. What does this mean? Is it related
to the apparent transmit frequency offset I've noticed?
