If the problem isn't the libusb0.dll and driver problem (required for
PowerSDR the FIRST time Metis is used, IIRC.  You can search the reflector
for this issue.), then it may be libfftw3f-3.dll not being in the right
folder.

A dll like DttSP.dll will NOT load unless all of its requirements load.  The
error shown will be for the DLL that the program (PowerSDR.exe, in this
case) tries to access, which is DttSP.dll.

It could also be that msvcrt.dll on your system isn't the right version.  It
looks like the version of msvcrt.dll on my Windows XP-SP3 system is file
version 7.0.2600.5512, product version 6.1.8638.5512.
