[hpsdr] Triple Mercury Directional Steering program

The PowerSDR v1.19.3.4.directional1 program will run with only two  
Mercury boards installed on the Atlas bus but the directional control/ 
nulling features will not be functional unless three Mercury boards  
are present.   You may see some nulling effects with only two boards  
present using this triple Mercury program but the functionality will  
be greatly degraded, of course, as you are working with one null IQ  
data stream which will be included in the signal processing.

For dual Mercury diversity operations you should use PowerSDR  
v1.19.3.4.diversity20 instead, as before.
