[hpsdr] Hera Updated

[Gordon & Lois Duff]

Hera has been updated to support Line In with Metis.  See the KA2NLM branch
of KISS.

 

Other significant changes include independent refresh rates for the
Waterfall, Bandscope and Full Spectrum displays.
