[hpsdr] PSDR 1.19.3

I'm trying to get 1.19.3 to run and am having a problem. The exe hangs when
trying to load without any error message and requires Task Manager
intervention to close. I can also compile the source without error and it
has the same behavior when run. I know I'm missing something I'm just not
sure what. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
