[hpsdr] Heterodyne SVN Changes

I've changed the URL for the Heterodyne SVN to:

The current work is in trunk.

This is fair warning to those following along with the SVN code.  I'm am about to embark on some changes that have high potential for breakage and the trunk may not compile at all at times.  You check it out and run it at your own risk.  I have made a 0.1.0 branch that I will be applying critical fixes and such to the shipping binary code.  This should be relatively stable, and you can use this if you want bug fixes faster than I roll out binaries.  The 0.1.0 branch is at:
