[hpsdr] dual mercury - diversity19 / oscillations

OK, Joe, k5so, and Joe, K1rqg,

obviously my LPU made the problem, as you said. I changed to 4 x 2 ohm 
5W, too.

Now it is running the whole day without any trouble. No oscillation any 
more.

Thanks to you both.

Now I will try to setup penelope with diversity19 PowerSDR.
