Hi,

Talking about Mercury card availability, as far as I know, Gerd is still selling Mercury-EU cards.

Scotty and Dan have created an enterprise that will be supplying Pennylane, Mercury and Magister to folks through an online storefront. They've been busy over the past couple of months getting everything in place to make that happen. Current estimates are that they'll have shipping stock somewhere around Dayton. Schedules do change and problems crop up, so there's no commitment to that date, but last I heard from Scotty things are going well. Stay tuned here for more information as it becomes available.

Gerd Loch is selling Penelopes now, but they can be a little pricy and difficult to obtain in the United States. Drop him an e-mail at g.loch at nt-electronics.de for details on ordering from him if you're interested. The aforementioned Scotty/Dan enterprise will be selling PennyLane, so you should be able to get one there as well. PennyLane is an "enhanced" design (is that description acceptable, Phil? :) ) that is compatible with Penelope. See the list archives for a discussion of the differences.
