[hpsdr] PowerSDR/OpenHPSDR 1.19.3.4 moved to release status

Everyone,

PowerSDR/OpenHPSDR 1.19.3.4 has been moved to released status today. You can
find it on the svn server at:

A Big Thanks goes out to the many users who shared their ideas, feedback,
and time testing the modifications made to this version. I would like to
especially thank Hans, DL2MDQ for not only all his countless hours of
testing and feedback but also being the focal point for our many friends in
Germany.  And Roland, F8CHK for sharing his modifications with everyone.

Below is a list of the bigger changes made. The svn log for the beta release
contains a more detailed list.

-Added a S-Meter reading to the multimeter. This was written by Roland,
F8CHK.
-Added controls to the transmit display. 
-Added the collapsible display "ported from PowerSDR IF-Stage". This has a
larger display and minimal controls on the screen.
-"Auto Mode Switch" is functional. 
-ALC can be disabled for testing purposes.
-ALC overshoot problem resolved.
-Space Bar Control added with 4 selectable functions.
-Level adjustments, Frequency readout, and Pulse generator added to the
"Tests" tab.
-Added VOX capability to VAC.
-Able to tune down to 1Hz.
-Separated 60 meters channel display between the US & UK regions.
