[hpsdr] Mercury-EU diversity mode configuration

G'day,

I've two Mercury-EU cards, which I would like to use in diversity mode. The 
cards are configured as per manual, but if fails to explain how to lock both 
cards to one 10Mhz clock signal. As I don't have an Excalibur reference card, 
it would seem that the 10MHz from one Mercury-EU card needs to be linked to 
C16 of Atlas bus where it will be picked up by the second Mercury-EU.

Can someone help?
