Dear John,

I'd suggest that you go back to the WIKI and download the executable ZIP
file that's just above the SVN link that you used.  Could you tell us
whether it's the USB or Ethernet version?  If the USB version, make sure to
download and install the signed libusb0 drivers to which you can find a link
on the same WIKI page.  That is, unless you already have PowerSDR installed
and working...

The alternative is to also download the Visual Studio 2008 C# Express
Edition (free from a Microsoft website) and you can build the executable for
KISS Konsole that you need from the source that you downloaded.  Load the
'.sln' file in the project directory and 'build' and you should be in
business.
