[hpsdr] 100W PA for Hermes

Hi All,

I've designed this amplifier to fit into a MIL grade extrusion, the
amplifier is uses RD100HHF1 mosfets in the output stage.

LPFs are on board and controlled via the Alex header on Hermes, i'll post
further updates on my blog as the build progresses,
