[hpsdr] ozy/janus as soundcard for digital modes

Not at all, I have a Softrock 40 lite that I can plug into Janus and use
with PowerSDR. No other rig involved. I wasn't aware that there were also
units to hook up to the IF of other rigs. I'll look into that, thanks!
