[hpsdr] Can't Connect to Teamspeak

In case the service is not available by this evening, there is a ts2 available at:

ts.nh6z.net:8767

and a ts3 instance available at:

ts.nh6z.net:9987

The password to both is PlayRadio

The group is welcome to use either for the meeting if necessary.
