[hpsdr] Mercury - Audio Out - Is TLV320AIC23B Enabled?

Hello All,

I have searched the archives and have seen some discussion - but - is
the TLV320AIC23B on Mercury enabled?  Are there any jumpers that control
whether or not ROUT, LOUT, RHOUT, LHOUT are enabled (including switches in
the code)?
1V  RMS is plenty for my sound card to pick up.
