Jeff,

I know that you are a pretty diligent person, so somehow our organisation of
information might need improving?  Do you have any suggestions?  Would a
'quick-start FAQ' with the link to the drivers in answer to a 'where do I
get USB drivers?' question have helped?

If we can figure out how/why the current organisation of information isn't
serving people well, we may be able to improve things.
