[hpsdr] PowerSDR v2.2.3.dual_Mercury1 (K5SO 25SEP2011), Metis board not detected

I've not had a problem running any version of PowerSDR that supports Metis
with the card connected to a second, dedicated, Ethernet port on my PC.

I found that by giving Metis a fixed IP address in the 10.x.x.x range and
a fixed one in this range also to my second adapter then all worked fine.

My first adapter is gets a DHCP address in the 192.168.x.x range and
connects to my home network.
