    I have given up on the Windows 7 box and regressed to the 32 bit Vista system

I have the Altera  software package and the USB Blaster apparently ready to go.  
So where can I get the current Mercury.pof and Ozt.pof files?
I see *.rbfs, *.jics, *.cdf, *.qars, but no *.pofs for the ozy-mercury configuration.
