[hpsdr] Hermes and HPSDRProgrammer

If anyone is having the problem programming Hermes with HPSDRProgrammer 
where it is timing out on the Erase could you run a Wireshark capture 
and leave it running for about 30 seconds after the timeout happens 
before resetting Hermes, and then send the capture to me.

I am trying to see if thee timeout needs to be longer for Hermes than it 
did for Metis.  Leaving it running will allow Wireshark to capture the 
response even though HPSDRProgrammer has given up.
