[hpsdr] FM mode problem with "MIC" setting

Folks,

I'm having a problem with PowerSDR/OpenHPSDR v2.2.3 (3/23/12) with FM.  

The "MIC" adjustment is "stuck" at "6" and can't be adjusted (there's no slider on the control.)  All of the other voice modes show a slider on the MIC control and show levels in dB (but with FM, it just shows "6" with no "dB".)  FM transmits fine (but with very low audio.)  FM mode on all bands show this same behaviour. Also, Squelch is "always on" - the SQL button can't be turned off, though the level can be adjusted.

Are these known bugs, or am I doing something wrong?
