[hpsdr] Need .pof Versions of Firmware

Lest anyone get the incorrect impression that I'm writing all the firmware these days, I'm not!   

I'm simply adding some relatively minor modifications to the new firmware versions that contain Phil's more in-depth changes related to curing an issue with wideband data transfers (tricky problem that was; nice work finding the fix on that one, Phil!) and putting together a complete/consistent firmware update package for release.
