[hpsdr] Hermes and Raspberry Pi

I have one on order and also one coming for free thanks to Nokia and their
Qt5 project for the RPi which should be here any day now.

It should be ok as a remote client or as a server in my ghpsdr3 system, but
I don't think it will be up to the DSP work, although I understand the SoC
has a DSP processor that has no API yet.
