[hpsdr] Hermes and Raspberry Pi

The initial build was for 10000 boards.  They took orders for over 250000
very quicklyand I believe it is now over 300000! I think Farnel and RS were
waiting for the CE certification before ordering more from the manufacturer.

The boards that Nokia are giving away are from the initial batch so they
should be arriving very soon. A slight delay is that they are including the
power supply and SD card with the board.
