[hpsdr] Down Market RX

Hi All,

 

It's always tempting to make the latest and greatest SDR - Hermes is going
to be a shining example. I would like to see a single board SDR RX using
modern concepts which can provide (say) 500kHz via Ethernet for as low a
price as possible, 0 to 55MHz, this would be an excellent entry radio.

 

Question: how much would such a RX cost if made in bulk?
