[hpsdr] PowerSDR with two LAN fix

Thanks Joe, but I need a little more light.
The v2.2.3 I have is tagged w5wc - 11/30/11 . So there are several releases with different date stamps, it looks like.
Can you provide with a full svn address for the 1RX and the 2RX ?

Hi Giovani, 

It is my understanding that the current versions of Doug W5WC's PowerSDR v2.2.3 1RX and PowerSDR v2.2.3 2RX that are on the SVN both contain KD5TFD's modifications regarding dual LAN use.  

The latest version of PowerSDR v2.2.3 2RX shows a date of 8/1/12 in the banner of the front panel display.
