[hpsdr] Multiple receivers on single mercury with down converters

He's wanting to bring the signals from two separate antennas into a
single Mercury, but keep the two signals separate so processing can done
in software. If the two down-converters have IF frequencies of 50 and
40 MHz, and the two receivers in the single Mercury are tuned to 50 & 40
MHz, their digital outputs should be phase-coherent, if the
down-converter local oscillators maintain coherence.
