[hpsdr] New version of Hermes User Guide available

Phil, Download and program was simple and quick. Been running here for 12+
hours with no drops, using the ghpsdr3-alex suite for remote access via
android device. This config used to triggered drops more frequently than
psdr or cusdr. Will run run remote over 3g and 4g today, which should
stress things a bit more, and report back.
