[hpsdr] digital step attenuator

I was going to ask about the step attenuator but saw this post first. I
double clicked the ATT label on W5WC's PowerSDR et voila! Had it and didn't
know it! Really glad I got this radio!!!

Hi Helmut, 

Doug W5WC's RX2 PowerSDR program already implements the step attenuator.
Enable it via the Setup > Options menu.
