[hpsdr] PowerSDR on Linux???

Just came across this on the codeweavers site, however it doesn't say it 
will be successful or work if it installs.

There is not a CrossTie 
<http://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/faq/crosstie/> available for 
automatic installation of *Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5*. If you still 
want to attempt an install, use the following steps below.

 1. Launch CrossOver from your OS Applications menu.
 2. Choose Install Software.
 3. Select Other Application.
 4. Follow the On-screen prompts.
