[hpsdr] Metis/Ozy Together on Atlas

Hi Jon, 

No, sorry, you may not have Ozy and Metis on the Atlas bus simultaneously because both try to send information to the other boards on the bus, using identical bus lines, thus their communications attempts would conflict with each other and neither would be successful.
