[hpsdr] KISS 1.04 used with VAC from digital program?

I think that we've answered this several times now:
KISS Konsole DOES NOT support VAC.  It's an experimenter's program, with full source,
mostly all in C#.

On the other hand, if you want to or need to use VAC, you should be using PowerSDR, which
DOES support VAC.

And I'm not at all sure what 'KISS 1.04' is!  There may have been a KISS 1.0.4, but that
would be so old as to be not recommended for anyone to use at this point in time.
