[hpsdr] Hermes cost

I think it's been said before, but the market for Hermes feels different
from the market for Atlas-based radios.  I'm curious about Hermes but for
my interest tinkering the Atlas is a much better fit for me.  Hermes would
be better for mobile operation though...
