[hpsdr] SDR Cost Comparisons vs Hermes

Interesting table.  Not sure if Flex would agree with the lumping 
together of SDR-1000 and (misnamed) SDR-5000 under the same Sound Card 
category!  Also no mention of Ethernet for HPSDR so I guess the info is 
a bit dated - but a very extensive listing nonetheless.
