[hpsdr] Linear amplifier for HPSDR_2

Hans,
thanks for sharing your implementation of a HPSDR system.
A good amplifier for pennylane is the missing link to a great transceiver. I 
have two icom radios, a IC-745 and a R-71, but none of the two can match the 
digital filtering performances of HPSDR. Power of computers and FFT.
