Contact Gerd (gerd.loch at loch-leiterplatten.de). He can hopefully sell 
you the Hercules partial kit, which has all the SMT components soldered 
on, and you mostly have to wind coils and install them, and then 
calibrate the PA.

You may have to wait a bit to get one. I'm still waiting for Gerd to be 
able to fill my order. He had some delays from the supplier of the 
finals, and it sounds like he's working off a backlog of orders now.
