I think that Dave most likely has put his finger on the problem.  And the
solution.  It's hard to tell what version of Ozy_Janus.rbf to include with
KISS.

You should  be able to check for the various reported versions of Ozy,
Mercury and Penelope in the Setup form on the relevant page.  What do you
see there, if you haven't already solved the problem with Dave's
suggestions?
