[hpsdr] OZY USB Device not recognized

Have been using OZY/Mercury/Excalibur for at least 4 years without problems.
Tonight when I powered up the rig Windows XP gave a message USB device not
recognized. Voltages on the bus appear to be ok, +12 and +5 diodes light on
Atlas. D12 on OZY lights up. Mercury and Excalibur lights are normal. Sound
familiar to anybody?
