No, IMHO Apache-Labs ordering page is now live and it has nothing to go 
with TAPR production run.
If I am following mails from this group right, TAPR opened bookings till 
25th and later extended
the booking window by 2 more days to 27th. Apache Labs was to open their 
bookings on 26th and
they have still provided exclusivity to TAPR by postponing their own 
bookings till 28th.

TAPR should go ahead with production run for 250 radios and Apache labs 
would continuing selling as
a commercial vendor till they wants.
