[hpsdr] why are my messages being bounced as 'too big'?

I use Outlook 2010 (no comments, please!  A man does what he has to do!) and when I reply
to messages on the list, they get turned into something truly huge!  I may only type 2 or
3 lines of text, and my messages are being bounced for 'bigger than 12k' and are often
cited for being 24k or larger.  I have outlook set to compose and send on the internet in
'plain text', not anything fancy like Rich Text, or the dread 'hypertext' that some people
on this list use, despite the fact that it won't render properly.

I've replied to the 'bounce' messages asking WHY my messages are too big.  No reply.  Now
would someone PLEASE take a look at what I've sent but had rejected and reply to my
request to learn why/how the messages have gotten so big?
