[hpsdr] Thinking outside the box ...

The HiQSDR somewhat mirrors Hermes in design and there is a program 
written for it called qvna in addition to having that capability as part 
of the main qsdr transceiver program, so it's eminently possible with 
Hermes.

To go with it is a return loss bridge I am in the process of building.
